The F3110 is a multilevel linear box storage and filling system with weighting.
The F3110 multi-level linear system is ideal for use beside IMM due to its small size and high stocking capacity made possible by the presence of several levels where boxes can be stored.
It is a tailor-made system able to meet the customer's production requirements and equipped with a touch screen control that allows complete automation of the box filling cycle through a weighting system, interaction with the loading conveyor and IMM.
Simple programming allows the system to work in complete autonomy and to inform the operator in case of sudden interruptions or end of cycle.
The high level of engineering of this series guarantees easy customisation thanks to a wide range of accessories and standardised solutions.
The quality of the components used guarantees excellent reliability over time.

Operation

1 level boxes feeding conveyor, 1 rollers conveyor
container on the lift, lift moving down to filling position, empty box tare, feeding conveyor start, box filling, box full (set weight), feeding conveyor stop, full box transfer on roller conveyor, lift moving up to load a new empty box (entire cicle repeating), last empty box alarm, full roller conveyor, sytem in stand-by

il sistema preleva tutte le scatole dal primo nastro intermedio ed una volta piene le deposita sulla rulliera
successivamente preleva le scatole dal secondo nastro ed una volta piene le deposita sul nastro intermedio
Il ciclo di riempimento segue la stessa logica sopra descritta
a fine ciclo, le scatole si troveranno sulla rulliera e sul nastro appena sopra (il secondo nastro sarà vuoto)
