Immersion cooling system.
Solution suitable for plastic parts that require rapid cooling of bulky parts, to avoid deformations and surface damages.
The conveyor belt is completely made of stainless steel to be able to work in immersion.
A part of it is immersed inside a stainless steel tank containing water.
The tank is equipped with inlet/outlet coupling to allow filling/emptying and the possible connection to a water recirculation and water refrigeration system.
Alternatively, it is possible to insert a steel coil with inlet/outlet coupling that can be connected to an industrial refrigerator.
In this case, there is no recirculation of the water but only the cooling of that present in the tank.
The PU belt has a special shape of the cleats and a dedicated treatment to resist immersion.
As an option, the version with horizontal conveyor is also available to keep plastic parts immersed.
The parts to be cooled fall into the water and are slowly transported, with a programmable timed advancement, out of the tank until discharge.
