The F3120 is a multilevel linear box storage and filling system with piece counting and agitator
The F3120 multi-level linear system is ideal for use beside IMM due to its small size and high stocking capacity made possible by the presence of several levels where boxes can be stored.
It is a tailor-made system able to meet the customer's production requirements and equipped with a touch screen control that allows complete automation of the box filling cycle through a weighting system, interaction with the loading conveyor and IMM.
The system is equipped with a special agitator belt that ensures optimal box filling, minimizing empty spaces inside, thanks to the agitator function. Simple programming allows the system to work in complete autonomy and to inform the operator in case of sudden interruptions or end of cycle.
The high level of engineering of this series guarantees easy customisation thanks to a wide range of accessories and standardised solutions.
The quality of the components used guarantees excellent reliability over time.

Operation

1 level boxes feeding conveyor, 1 rollers conveyor
container on the lift, lift moving down, container moves on the shacker, lift moves up immediately to take a new empty box, container blocked ready to be filled, feeding conveyor starts, box filling (shaker function on), box full, feeding conveyor stops, pneumatic block disabled, full box transfer on roller conveyor, entire cicle repeating, last empty box alarm, full roller conveyor alarm, sytem in stand-by

2 levels boxes feeding conveyors, 1 roller conveyor
the system pick the empty boxes up from the 1st boxes feeding conveyor to be filled, after that are transferred on the roller conveyor
later it picks the empty boxes up from the 2nd boxes feeding conveyor on the top to be filled, after that are trasferred on the 1st conveyor
when the cycle is completed all the full boxes will be stocked on the 1st conveyor and roller conveyor (the 2nd conveyor on the top is empty)
